Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

a. At Velshan Office Furnitures, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

b. As a company policy, we do not provide a return or refund on any product once sold. The products once sold can only be exchanged for a replacement in a bigger or smaller size. The customer will receive a credit note only when the desired size or product is not in stock. The credit note can be used within 60 days on the Velshan Office Furnitures website.

c. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

Return/Exchange Initiation

a. Customers must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the product.

Return Process

a. Once the return is approved, customers will receive instructions on how to return the product.

b. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund

a. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

b. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 to 4 working days.

Exchange Policy

a. If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for a size exchange.

b. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify the customer of the status of the return or exchange.

c. If the return is approved, customers may choose a replacement product in a bigger or smaller size, equal to the amount of the exchanged product minus the shipping/COD cost of to and from.

d. Exchange is allowed once per order.

Non-Returnable Items

a. If the item is used, washed, or without tags, it is not returnable.

b. Damaged or Defective Products

c. If a product received is damaged or defective, customers must send an email within 24 hours of receiving the item.

d. We may request photos or other documentation to assess the damage or defect.

Cancellations

a. COD order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order placement 

b. Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.

c. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
