Shipping & Delivery
All orders for our products are dispatched within 2-3 days and delivered within 4-9 days. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the customers to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee determined by us.
Lost/Stolen Packages
Velshan Office Furnitures is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities.
Return Request Days
Velshan Office Furnitures allows you to return items within a period of 15 days. Kindly note that items should be returned unopened and unused.
Out of Stock Item Process
Velshan Office Furnitures offers the following options when items are out of stock: send available items first and dispatch the remaining items when they are back in stock.
